KNOCCS is a modern customer-experience (CX) platform that unifies Support, Success, and CX-facing touchpoints in one place—helping B2B SaaS teams move from “just managing” to truly connecting with customers. Designed the core web experience with clear IA, consistent patterns, and a scalable design system for new modules and content (podcast/insights).
Results
Shipped a cohesive, brand-consistent UI and component library; clarified messaging (“Let’s Talk CX That Clicks”), streamlined demo requests, and set up reusable page templates for faster iteration across marketing and product content (incl. episodes/insights). Early stakeholder feedback highlighted clearer value communication and quicker handoff for new pages.
